We’ve eliminated the need for art boards, darkrooms and film, replacing it with an integrated system that allows the quick digital transfer of information to and from you, and throughout our organization. We take advantage of our Rampage workflow which runs through a high-capacity server to readily accept your digital media, via various types of transfer media. Or, you can simply upload directly to our FTP site; whichever works best for you. |

| Our digital workflow lets us perform color corrections, electronic trapping, ripping, and imposition all through an all-digital proofing system. A digital blueline is used for pieces up to 34” x 44”. We also offer photographic quality color proofs that are matched to our presses. | |
| Once you’ve approved your proof, the ripped file is sent to our thermal platesetter. Producing plates at blinding speeds of up to 12 plates per hour at 2,400 dpi, our digital thermal platesetter can provide enhanced resolution up to 4,000 dpi for high quality images and crisper dots. UBS offers stochastic and traditional line screen plate technology. |
