From design through printing and folding, we don’t leave anything to chance. All our folding carton services are provided in-house on state-of-the-art equipment overseen by seasoned professionals.

Our structural and graphic designers use the latest design systems to create award-winning folding carton designs. To see the job through implementation, the designers work closely with veteran die-makers who precisely craft permanent tooling for rapid, exact reproduction. In turn, each custom tool is readied for use on our high-speed Sugano NFS die-cutting machine. Its integrated auto-blanking unit assures cost effective and efficient production rates.

To produce even the most complicated designs, we rely on our cutting-edge, six-color sheet-fed presses that accommodate a wide variety of material for folded cartons. Our presses can handle a multitude of base stocks like plastic substrate, vinyl, foil board, N Flute, and paper board—essentially any material with a caliper up to 40 points. Our sophisticated sheet transfer system makes it possible for us to print directly to any of these stocks without marking.

In the finishing stages, our unmatched attention to detail and quality is obvious in each and every step, be it embossing, foil stamping, or folding and gluing on our high-speed Sugano GM 1000.
